Pi Week Art and Coding Competitions – Terms and Conditions
The Pi Week Art and Coding competitions are open to students across who are currently in education, from Year R up to and including Year 13.
Entries must be the original work of the student submitting them.
All competition winners will be entered into a prize draw to win one previously used 3D printer from UTC Portsmouth, which will be awarded to the winner’s school.
The 3D printer prize is provided in good working order on an “as seen” basis for educational use.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
UTC Portsmouth accepts no responsibility for installation, operation, ongoing maintenance, or consumables associated with the use of the 3D printer once awarded.
The winning school will be responsible for arranging collection of the 3D printer and liaising with UTC Portsmouth to agree a suitable time for collection.
The decision of UTC Portsmouth in all matters relating to the competitions and prize draw is final.
UTC Portsmouth reserves the right to amend or cancel the competitions or prize draw at any time without prior notice.
By entering the competition, entrants agree that UTC Portsmouth may use submitted work, first names (where permission is granted), year groups, and school names for promotional purposes.
For entrants under the age of 18, please ensure you have obtained the permission of your parent or guardian before entering.
By entering the competitions, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria and agree to these terms and conditions.
