We will be holding an Iceland Information Evening to provide parents and students with information about the trip and to answer any questions you may have.  

The evening will be held on Wednesday 3rd April, 5.30pm - 7pm in the lecture theatre. If you're unable to attend, please do let me know.  

This would be a good time to take copies of passports so if travellers could please bring passports with you we can take a copy of the ID page well in advance of travel. These copies will be held securely with the trip administrator, adhering to GDPR regulations.

According to the FCO website, "passports should have at least 6 months' validity remaining on date of travel".  If you plan to apply for a new passport before the trip please do provide us with a copy of the ID page when you have your new passport.  A reminder will be sent nearer the time.
