Year 10 student Oliver Sear is a very worthy winner of a recent competition run by the Portsmouth Safeguarding Children's Board to design a poster to promote safeguarding. He will receive a £25 high street voucher as his prize and his design will be displayed in GP surgeries, nurseries, schools and family hubs across the city.
