In accordance with the Department for Education’s School Admissions Code, admission authorities are required to consult on their admission arrangements at least once every seven years.
Consultation for Year 10 and Sixth Form Admissions 2028/29 at UTC Portsmouth will run from 1st October 2026 to 13th November 2026. During this period, parents, carers and other interested parties are invited to review the proposed admissions policies and provide any comments or feedback.

Any comments should be made in writing, include your name, address and relationship to the college and submitted before 4pm on 13th November 2026 to clerk@utcportsmouth.gov.uk.
Following the consultation, all responses received will be considered before the admissions policies are formally determined. The outcome of the consultation will be published on the college website as soon as possible following a decision being reached by the Board of Trustees.
